Daily crossing-point counts from the Hong Kong Immigration Department, updated the day after. Southbound = mainland visitor arrivals into Hong Kong; northbound = Hong Kong resident departures into Shenzhen, across the land crossings and (optionally) the Express Rail Link. Data as of 2026-09-22.

Include Express Rail LinkiThe high-speed rail terminus at West Kowloon, running to Shenzhenbei and onward into mainland China. Included by default alongside the land crossings.Include HZMBiHong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge. Traffic here mostly heads to Zhuhai and Macau, not Shenzhen, so it's excluded by default to keep the totals Shenzhen-specific.
